The annual Mental Health Matters in the Workplace Conference will be June 5, 2009. Actor & author Christopher Kennedy Lawford & Clare Miller from the Partnership for Workplace Mental Health are the featured speakers. Employers from across East Tennessee are encouraged to participate as speakers discuss employee stressors, poor coping skils and corporate strategies to support their employees during stressful times.

Left unrecognized and untreated, stress and other mental health issues affect workplace attendance, productivity  and employee health negatively.
